I can't believe this. A research company exists to discover an important drug and get it to market. Once discovered, and after showing sufficiently good results without adverse reactions which outweigh its worth, it still takes years to get a new drug through the review process which allows it to ultimately be marketed. For exceptional drugs, there is a fast track process. This signals that the FDA considers this drug sufficiently important to grant it priority review, so that it can reach the public as promptly as possible. Wall Street reacts to profits, and because research companies make no money, stock prices are very low. This stock could easily double or triple by this time next year. And that is why this is good news.
