Now if only Tracer could do it, Hummm-wishful thinking i guess! biz.yahoo.com "XCL Ltd. New Discovery in China Flows 15,359 Barrels of Oil and 10,707 MCF of Gas Per Day." XCL has been in worse shape than Tracer, it has been hyped and overhyped by everybody,including one report on CNBC a long time ago, just like Dorffman hyped Tracer.XCL has tonnes of shares outstanding,with substantial long term debt etc. I guess their day has finally come, at least it looks that way. Does this mean Tracer still could do it????????Who knows!!
