Barnett ARTICLE: North Korea Tightening Its Restrictions on Markets, Food Aid, By Blaine Harden, Washington Post, July 14, 2009 Link No surprise to see Kim now tighten the screws--as the piece says--back home. The manufactured trouble with the outside world was just the excuse for the real domestic work. It's a sign of one very scared regime. If there's anybody's cage I want to rattle right now, it's Kim's. This is a golden opportunity.
