VIC, let me make some corrections. You guys are getting a little off base on some of your comments, I think. YOU SAID: "As I see it, this software is what MRPS says makes the differentiation between it and CTRL. The diagnostics inherent under the Soundlogic TM used in the software included in the A07 and 111RCK models, sold by the Microphonics and Ultraphonics divisions, respectively, is what gives the "quality" that differentiates MRPS units from CTRL and other competitors' units." MY COMMENTS: (1) The software is being copywritten and yes, it is what give the units the "selective hearing" that filters out the other parts of the sound spectrum (i.e. factory noise) that is not desired. This software code is extremely complex and difficult to replicate...very difficult. It took a couple of the top software sound engineers in the country a couple years to finally hit upon it. (2) The hardware which is 5 generational levels above CTRL (we believe) is "patent pending". This is on the circuits, not the software. And remember "patent pending" is the preferred state. You do not WANT to patent it. So their are TWO areas not ONE. (3) There is zero proof that CTRL (or anyone else) is any competition whatsoever. CTRL's main business is software ctrl.com (4) And which company won every head to head comparison at GM and Ford and NASCAR?
