MarcoPolo: This is a very interesting post:
Read between the lines in MSFT press release and you will conclude that DRTN is MSFT's most important web hosting partner.

Sure they are partnering with NAVI and DIGX, but they are only licensing scripts(software code)from DRTN.

These powerful scripts enable DRTN to scale the NT platform and give NT 99.999% reliability. This is huge.

DRTN has the recurring revenue model of a services company, but the margins of a software company.

Not only are Income statement dynamics powerful, but so are balance sheet fundamental. DRTN's cap ex per revenue dollar is much lower that competitors because DRTN does not wast hundreds of millions buiding out data centere like EXDS and NAVI and others. DRTN leverages off of Level 3's data center infrastructure and focuses on it core competencey (ie technical and software expertise) to manage scalable, robust and reliable complex microsoft NT web sites.

UNIX used to be great for complex databases. But the trend is ecommerce and this is NT's domain. DRTN is in suitest spot in overall hosting industry. Hold this baby.

This is very bullish for MSFT and DTRN. JFD
