Why are you so jealous? If you do not feel comfortable about the reward to Microsoft Executives, then build your own Microsoft and cut your own reward !!!! No free lunch in this world. High reward always comes with some reason. The reason you did not get the high reward as Microsoft's managers had, because you did not build Microsoft !!!
