This is a safe house where friends of Voltaire can meet to discuss any topic that tickles their fancy.

The first change to that statement wasn't made until 7/27/00. You can verify those facts at the following link:

That's EXACTLY what the revised thread header now says. It just expands on the original charter.

Now that we've cleared up that point, please clarify why you joined this thread.
