In 1996 at the general shareholder meeting, most investors were quite pleased with the share price.
But some investors were quite concerned with the milestone agreements.

Naturally, the flounders of Fonix were quite pleased with the share price...at that time I think it was about $7.50 per share...so SMD were quite Comfortable with the present deception...of the share prices as they quite willingly accepted salary increases based on share appreciation.

Yes it is all about shareprice and not about Share Value...
