Lewin Group showing that doctors stand to lose $18,900 per physician in the third year of the proposed law.

The total amount of money flowing into healthcare will increase. Hospitals will need to "eat" far fewer charity admissions. It will become a matter of "redistribution" between hospitals and docs.... which will be necessary in order to correct for bureaucratic stupidity and rigidity.
