I've resisted the temptation to post anything on this thread (mainly because I don't have anything material to add). However I will post this as it is Anne Kennedy's response to my e-mail to the company.

I'm not sure if it adds anything but it might provide some comfort.

My e-mail asked for the company response to the SI post from the band.
