Hi Robin,

Thanks for providing this information. Based upon Mr. Henderson's statement, no one looks "clean" in this scenario. The alleged statments by Babish about the stock price are very disturbing...If true, Babish didn't care whom he injured as long as he got what he wanted. Further, the alleged witholding of business information from PRLN (if true) is unethical at best. I now have less hopes for PRLN than I did previously, and I didn't think that was possible.
