Predators of the crop never a problem for me... maybe lose half a dozen to various things .. out of a cast of thousands :)

The real enemy is the Potato beetle.. can easily decimate the foliage and hence no to poor crop...

I'm kinda stuck for time these days.. if you search this topic for mustard you will see something that worked pretty well for me.. as well as planting a bit late.. I will try and expound tomorrow..

although the mustard anti beetle venom should have been planted weeks ago now :(
