Lilian, << proceeding with caution >> yes we all should be reminded of this everytime we invest so that if the tables turn on us and we find our investment gone with no recourse to take, then we will be sad but not completely suprised. << ex-communist countries >> Hopefully Mongolia is learning from the mistakes of others, and if now currently in trouble or in a mess, then take action now and limit damage and move to correct. With computers and internet everywhere, easier to do wrong, but also easier to see and discover wrong doers. Seems like Dave Webb having direct contact with Mongolian officials in government and private has concluded that the risk here is not in the dangerous catagory.
