First we still don't know that they are bad shares. Second, they find buyers by offering up technology with promise. It's really very simple, eh? As stated by an apparent old friend of yours just earlier here, the news of late on Fonix IS incredible- the respected names suddenly jumping aboard(presumably because THEY see promise here), are heartening for investors to see.

Only time will tell the final outcome.
