The three networks got 16.3 million...Fox got 7.3 million....looks to me like more folks (aggregate) watched the presser....unless you break it down by network..


The usual way to count who won the slot is by individual stations. Fox had the most viewers of any individual station.

For comparison, political speeches which were considered to have a good reception, such as Barack Obama's DNC acceptance speech or Sarah Palin's RNC speech, got just under 50 million viewers. 16 Million for a Presidential Press Conference is pretty low.
