When my Grandfather had a heart attack, at a wonderful age, he was still playing 18 holes of golf, dancing, and serving soup as a volunteer. He was in his 80's! He was a hero to me! He loved the Lord. He won my first bicycle, in a sales contest, and on Christmas Eve, he bought my a great rocking horse that is still in my family! It was so well put together! My parents have it for all the cousins to play!
Many people who went to see him at the hospital said that they felt angels and God's presence in his room.
I am sure there was a party in Heaven that day, the same day my son turned six months! People filed by at the service and said that he was their friend, their golfing friend and their encourager! He instilled in me a great faith, in God, and hope, in a God that answers prayers! |
