gmst is in a deal with aol and is sueing tivo. about 3 weeks ago we had a rumor that gmst was meeting with tivo. and now this deal. it would not surprise me if gmst announced a deal with tivo and a settlement of the suit. i can't see aol using tivo tech if it is in violation of gmst patents. rocky
