My comments had nothing to do with political parties or liability caps. Where did you read that in my statement? More causal reductionism. More begging the question. You realize how many fallacious arguments you employ regularly? I'm calling you out, you fraud.

I said its the governments responsibility to clean it up and its elected leader must act. Its a national emergency as much Katrina. Its times and events like this that a government protects its citizens. Its what taxes are really for.

Now, go ahead and blame the GOP some more and while you're at it, Bush and Cheney too.
