This is Batman.

RT,

You have hit it on the head when you stated, "Nothing will prevent HVSF from getting FDA approval for their product. It's when they attempt to sell the product that Vivus will file a patent infringement."

But what you and everybody else doesn't understand is that BY THAT TIME HARVARD SCIENTIFIC'S BOARD WILL HAVE SOLD OUT THEIR SHARES LIKE THEY DID LAST YEAR.

RT, you concentrate on the wrong thing. The product isn't important. What is important is where the investors' money goes, and who has it. In See's/Waites's minds it's got nothing to do with rubbish like "FDA approval" and what not that you speak of. The point is: by the time that you realise that they have your money, it is too late, and although you will express rightous indignation, your lawyer will inform you that the costs of recovery outweigh the probabilities of recovering anything. Wake up! Do I have to teach you the facts of life? Jesus. What a post from you. I expected better.

Batman

P.S.--Actually, your post was one of the better technical posts in recent memory. But I don't think very many people will cotton on. And so it goes . . .
