Here's Harold's formula for CCI in Wow: (typ() - mov(typ(),13,s))/(.015*mov(abs( (typ() - mov(typ(),13,s)) ),13,s))
It looks shorter than what was in his note, because he apparently repeated it.

Note that in this formula, it's the moving average of typical price each day, meaning the moving average is moving back each day. That's how WOW does it, but not apparently how other programs do it -- and not a literal interpretation of the method in "TA from A to Z": "For each of the prior n-periods, subtract today's Step 2 value from Step 1's value." The Step 2 value is the n-period simple moving average of the typical prices.
An absorbing mystery, to say the least.
