max....in the last conf call.....TRKN stated that two customers has confirmed the low k flowfill in the low 2's. So that news has been out for a few weeks. As the company stated...all the major chip manufactures have signed up for running wafers...so far they have sold 3 low k flowfill systems and upgrade 2 regular flowfills to low k systems.

I sure companies like INTC are interested and have send in wafers to be run....depending on the timing, results and disclosure of these tests.....it could move TRKN much higher, however, low k flowfill is still a R&D technology that has to be proven.

If a company like INTC was to buy even a R&D unit, that would propel TRKN to whole new level. I suspect that major existing customers and big names like INTC were first in que to have wafers run. Low k was announced in Feb this year, I would not be surprised if several chip makers including INTC have already run the wafers and are analysing the results....3 have already bought systems...probably based on the test results.
