Excuse me Mr. Street, but are you serious!!! Please

The only thing I could see that is remotely similar between ROTI and RTIN is they are both in the restaurant business.

And I quote: " ROTI owns, operates and franchises quick service restaurants under the name ''Harvest Rotisserie,'' which feature marinated oak-roasted rotisserie chicken and homemade side dishes. For the 28 weeks ended 7/12/98, revenues fell 74% to $289 thousand. Net loss applicable to common rose 66% to $2.8 million. Results reflect the closing of the Company's restaurants during 1998, partially offset by the absence of $286 thousand in loss provision for developer notes receivable"

And Comparing RTIN: "Restaurant Teams International is the developer and operator of the Street Talk Cafe and Fresh'n Lite Cafe and Grill concepts, with restaurants operating in Texas. For the nine months ended 9/30/98, sales rose 20% to $2.8 million. Net income totalled $604 thousand, up from $42 thousand. Revenues reflect a full period of operations for the Valley Ranch and Colony facilities."

ROTI is on the way down the tubes, recently delisted from the NASDAQ, and about to go the way of Boston Chicken Looks like. Revenues are dropping like a rock....and the company is a bonafide penny stock....

RTIN has never traded below 1 7/16 and WON'T, is on the way up, about to move out of this BB Crap and onto the AMEX with institutional support.

I'll bet many ROTI shareholders with many thousands of shares would take .50 for this "turkey" HA in a heartbeat since it hasn't traded to .50 since it was delisted.

Usually when a stock has recently been delisted and is trading for .20 there is a very good reason.

Please, don't push this junk on our board.
