Joby - Aha! Maybe this is the reason for the silence. I just went to WAVX's homepage and found, with a dateline of March 24th: "Wave Systems Corp. (OTC BB: WAVX; wave.com) today announced it has raised approximately $23 million through the private placement to institutional, strategic and accredited individual investors of approximately 2.1 million shares of Class A Common Stock at $11.00 per share. Pacific Growth Equities, Inc. acted as sole placement agent for the private placement. Wave Systems intends to file an S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register the shares issued pursuant to the private placement. . . ." The press release goes on a bit more. I presume that interested parties (which may include ALDN if it holds a relatively large stake in WAVX) are going to be reluctant to discuss their interests publicly until the S-1 is filed. Regards and thanks for piquing my curiosity (or my strangeness, hahaha) as it caused me to go looking for an explanation. This one may do until the real one is announced. Harry
