Bill, as you know, I also argued strenously against the merger. I even mailed my analysis (posted here) to both the company and a few institutional holders a few days before the vote.

But I dont see real evidence that Gary or others are crooked and even if I did, I wouldnt go after them in a way that I know would simply amount to stealing from other people.
