Not to be nit- picking- I believe Tony said>>> initially (2nd half of 2003)<<< multi-mode phones won’t be a large revenue contributor, but over time there should be “substantial” demand from carriers such as VOD, VZN, Unicom and Telstra and that Unicom is ‘Very anxious” for the dual-mode handset. Over time they should be a “significant contributor” to revenue as their incremental cost is not high.

Regarding prior Qualcomm chipset sales to Vodafone, I believe they only operate GSM networks and therefore would not have had phones with Qualcomm chipsets. ( Except for their joint ventures- JPhone in Japan and VZN wireless)
