Kilo, is it true that Novell.com does not report to Adams and marketing? This is what I've been told, but it seems odd. Also, why has Novell never publicly announced the Shop Novell service on Novell.com? This seems even odder. One thing Novell could do to increase credibility for iChain, NDS eDirectory, dirXML etc. is to make these products part of its own eCommerce solution. Then tell the world how it all works together at Novell. Novell acts like Shop Novell is a secret, like it runs on UNIX or something. Don't tell me....? Gilles
