The rich are different. Just ask Karl Marx and Engels. The Communists are at war with the middle class not the rich or the poor. Thats why my tax rate is higher than Kerry's. Thats why the upper middle class have to pay 40% income tax rates while the rich pay 0% to 15% and haul in millions to billions.
