The only positive thing is he wants to do infrastructure spending, but has no plan to pay for it since he's also cutting taxes. He'll pay for it the same way Reagan paid for his tax cuts--with the "magic asterisk" of growth. His tax cuts and infrastructure spending will generate so much growth it will make our heads spin. Five percent, six percent--we'll be winners again as we Make America Great Again!
