Joe: If you have other sites that would do similar things I would like to know. Telescan tech supports are hard to get in and the webmaster usually won't respond, you are right.
Data got screwed up often, true too. Always missing the n-1st day data at some time, eg. yesterday evening it missed the previous day and repeated the current day for the following day. And the list goes on.
I have no other choices as this is the only one I know that updates every 15 min. and is affordable, especially the RSI and Envelop things that gives you some good hints for the timing. Of course, every chart may have many different ways of reading, thus an indicator causing misinterpretation is worse than no indicator at all. I've got burned too on those kind of things when not treated with caution. There are much more details that one has to get such as the minute-by-minute trading information, but these are much more expensive. Case in point, according to chart, and the market sentiments, many would have covered short positions on AOL at open today or yesterday's close. But the morning trading changed that pattern. The bearish trend is still imminent, though not yet confirmed.

I am glad to hear your "constructive disgust". Some better sites for everyone to check out would be useful.
