I see that there has been some past posts/interest here in Fluor (FLR). I have been watching it for a year and finally bought Friday after yet another big earnings miss and stock crash. This may continue to bleed, but I like it for a buy and forget for a couple years. My main reason is they are the majority shareholder in Nu-Scale - a small module nuclear power company that won recent NRC approvals for their first buildout projects. Certainly not a sure thing and definitely a few years out, but if successful it will totally revolutionize energy production worldwide imo.

Nu-Scale is just one very small (for now) part of Fluor. Lots of smart people and a 3.7% div while I wait.

Here is company info and a short video on Nu-Scale.
