Floorless Preferred will destroy companies. Any investment bankers worth their salt would never put a floorless convertible on the street. Even CPU Micromart, EBIZ has a 6 million dollar convertible that has a floor. This has actually been scrutinized by institutions for no trigger. You must remember when you are swimming with sharks, everyone is looking out for numero-uno.
