But the entire contract is a part of TALK's 1996 10K (ex some
crucial details deemed confidential)

Yeah, by taking in Q2 charges for expenses actually paid in Q3, like
$27m in payments to IPs. This via the motherlode of earnings management -- reserve accounting -- which AOL spins with the best
of 'em.
