Hello Factfinder , Gord et al.

Thank you Factfinder for keeping us informed on the DB/GDV matter. I suspect at the end of the day the near - term impact on SUF of the Minister's decision will be as we surmised it would be - i.e. SUF and DB's black empowerment partners will get paid on a current basis based on the DB price book , subject to upward adjustment if the GDV contests that price and the arbitrator agrees ; it would be nice though if SUF confirmed this.

Gord , I have not yet resorted to voodoo but I share your frustration and will seriously consider mystic incantation to the diamond/PGM gods if this silliness persists much longer - ;-).
