Why don't any of these characters point out that the timing of large Government infrastructure projects is vitally important? They should be done in the depths of recessions, not near the peak of the business cycle. Trump setting out to do big projects now is the height of stupidity. When Obama was trying to do so, and the Reps in Congress were yelling and screaming, was in fact the correct time to do so. The level of stupidity here is amazing.
