I don't know if this will ever help Paracelsian,
but there is a lawsuit filed that may help all
unorthodox therapies:

FDA First Amendment Suit

The firm has filed suit on behalf of Durk Pearson, Sandy Shaw, the American Preventive Medical Association, the National Health
Federation, and Citizens for Health against the Food
and Drug Administration challenging final regulations promulgated
under the Nutritional Labeling and Education Act that impose a blanket
ban against health claims on labels and in labeling of dietary
supplements and that prohibit the communication of truthful and
nonmisleading health information on the benefits of antioxidant
vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. The case is pending for decision
before the Hon. Judge Gladys Kessler of the United States District
Court for the District of Columbia. You may view a copy of the complaint, the memorandum in support of a motion for summary judgment,
the reply, and the opposition to the government's motion to dismiss.

Medical Marijuana Suit

The firm has filed suit on behalf of Durk Pearson, Sandy Shaw, Julian M. Whitaker, M.D., Jeffrey A. Singer, M.D., Richard D. Fisher, M.D., Henry N. Blansfield, M.D., William Regelson, M.D., the American Preventive Medical Association, and the Life Extension Foundation against the Clinton Administration challenging the administration's policy prohibiting the prescription of marijuana to terminally ill patients for pain relief in those states where such prescription is legal. You may view a copy of the complaint. You may also view a copy of the application for a preliminary injunction. The case is pending before the Hon. Judge William B. Bryant of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Partly they are sueing to limit the FDA's control using
the interstate commerce act. The result could be that any
therapy that is completely created and delivered within a
state may not be FDA controlled or an informed patient prevented
from getting the therapy.
