More importantly, how many human chromosomes do you have to put in a mouse and pass between generations before it becomes human? I suddenly have this vision of having to file an IND before doing mouse trials (how does a mouse-human chimerorganism give informed consent?), and of PETA and the Right-to-Life people joining forces. Just remember when the bioethicists finally get around to it, you heard it here first.
