Hi Jean, I guess we now know why the judge wanted to provide a ruling after the market on a Friday. I guess the announcement on the same day of the earnings release should have alerted us. I was very surprised by his findings. Monday's trading will be interesting. Good Luck all. BTW--forget about the november calls--they are history unless something big happens in the next couple of weeks.
