The Sutro report appeared over First Call today. They reported
that because of the magnitude of the INS deal yesterday, their
earnings projections could prove to be "extremely conservative".
I didn't notice any rating change.

First Call is a proprietary service, therefore the report didn't get the attention it would have if reported over Dow Jones or Reuters. -Too bad Lehman didn't comment today as well. I guess we'll have to wait until the security industry conference next week (?).
