Going to work for a traditional hierarchical company like Novell is the kiss of death. WHY would anyone want to work in a traditional closed environment.

Novell should totally reorient it's mindset from facing away from customers and only dealing with them face to face when and if they have to, to facing, helping and serving customers, agents, individuals, investors 24 X 7.
Either Novell learns to TRUST more - ie. and BECOMES a community - or it will DIE.
The traditional scheme/agenda of Old Business model companies like Novell - ie. use money to hire/fire power and control individual so they can monitize trust - has been checkmated.
A radical quiet revolution is sweeping the world. INDIVIDUALS DO NOT EQUATE COMPANIES WITH COMMUNITY.
Communities are were all the growth will be going forward. Communities with agendas, restrictions and controls will grow slower than communities that trust and embrace, openness, freedom and INDIVIDUAL rights, etc.
Get used to it.
It's "the communitization of the world."
