Agree 10,000%.

And a ONE billion dollar "bore" chest, to boot.

Pathetic isn't the right word.

Novell's board of directors has FAILED, period. Why? Because they are too fearful of failing!! For, deep down, there are too many people who know there are too many managers that are TAKERS OF ENERGY and CLAIMS.

This is immoral, wrong, unethical, dysfunctional.

But you know what's so interesting about this. If you ask these folks, they'd point fingers at something, somewhere, sometime to blame. And they're all laughing and chuckling at me. Fine! Great! But what are they doing?? Where is their mindset now. Or are they still playing defense?

The individuals that carry this energy-taking mindset are the cowards. They are the ones who have dragged Novell down to these levels. And these are the same INDIVIDUALS who should change the attitude or be shown the door.

For there just isn't any more places to HIDE.

Let's get this takeover/transformation underway....NOW!!!

I believe there are some really, really great people inside Novell who are the givers and believers who need to step up to this New Plate.

I believe this is happening as I type this.

Meanwhile all the managers who have been associated with the past rackett will "just disappear" or perhaps many have already disappeared.

Let's get to work folks!!
