Peter,

A while ago you posted an article concerning valuation from the "biotechclubnetwork." I had a look at their homepage, and there are a couple of other articles that are good basic overviews of valuation. They are written by VC, and have to do with their perspective. However, much of what concerns them also concerns us later stage investors. The first three columns at this link are of particular interest:
