That would get us started. That would get us started nowhere, John. An 7K difference, with the worst school district in the country as our subject of discussion, leaves all of those points as "grasping at straws." DC gets almost double the money of the average school district, and has the worse results. This is a case of a runaway school district totally controlled by the Teacher's Union, and run by a "CYA" Bureaucracy. Not to mention the Lawyers who sue at a drop of a hat. If they do get vouchers, the wriggling by the Union to besmirch the program will be a sight to behold.
