ARTICLE: Lawfare: A Decisive Element of 21st-Century Conflicts?, By Charles J. Dunlap, Jr., JFQ, issue 54, 3d quarter 2009 Link

Interesting piece worth reading for the "everything else" it demands we take into account, no matter what the weapon and no matter what the target. Best line is a call-out in the text: "lawfare has emerged as the principal effects-based air defense methodology employed by America's adversaries." Think about the drones and NW Pakistan and that does seem true, does it not?
