well... the "10X" price part is nice if he brings that skill along!...8)

btw, knowing how to grow in a major way is a good skill to have. Many companies are fine to a certain size then go stale. I don't know the key turning points in dollars of revenue, but I think UTEK will have to go through about 3 of them to "catch up".
