I'm puzzled by that article. First report of it came out on Jan. 27. with the Blix summary. Not quite a week later, none of the mainstream media have picked up on it? No CNN, no BBC, no Time-Warner, CBS,... only "alternative news" outlets catering to the farther points from center of the political spectrum. Much as the story seems almost too good to be true (if one is looking for the proof to press the button), something's fishy.
