the worst (naz) is behind now, ike ... now I am a sit n hold on a few I got in at lows I use to sell for the quick buck and miss the next 10 pounts ah ... patience is a virtue ... but it's really boring appreciate your daily updates ... even if what you have to say is not encouraging some times!
