I have a question that someone asked me today and I don’t know the answer. Can someone hack into someone else’s computer through their e-mail address? I hope the answer is no because I probably give out my e-mail address too freely. The person who asked me very rarely gives it out but inadvertently gave it to someone that he shouldn’t have. I told him that I thought the worst that could happen would be that the person might send them a virus but now I’m not sure if I told him the right thing.
TIA
