I can understand why this board is so quiet: Norwest is incompetent. Who wants their stock.

They bought my mortgage from the originator, then screwed it up, costing me hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan. Repeated calls to customer service get nowhere. No one understands, everyone passes the buck. Consumers beware: AVOID NORWEST at all costs.
