Mr. Marc Carrier of Greenhope Resources reports
Through mutual agreement, Greenhope Resources and Trillion Resources have
cancelled their Mozambique joint venture exploration agreement of Sept. 5,
1995. All properties in Mozambique held by the joint venture will be
discontinued, with the exception of the Chadzuca property, in which
Greenhope will retain a 100 per cent interest. In return for relinguishing
its 50 per cent interest in the property, Greenhope has granted Trillion a
1.5 per cent nsr on the property or successor properties acquired within
the same boundary, which can be repurchased by Greenhope at any time for
1-million (U.S.). The cancellation of this agreement permits either party
to pursue any ventures in Mozambique independently of the other party and
without obligation.
