i am a long holder of the stock and I like many of the critical growth elements of it; strong management, good clients, A+ board of dir and big oppurtunity (particularly with more bandwidth on the mkt) There must be some insider buying judgeing from the up-ward movement of the stock over the last week PRIOR to any news, i believe this also adds credibility to the potential of this financing closing.
